Great villa near seminyak area for friends or family. Big rooms with individual bathroom for each. Villa is spacious. Private pool was great.
A bit noisy with the road just nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Karma, Dovi the manager was fantastic, he organized mopeds for us at a very good price, which was great. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants. Our family holiday was one which we will remember forever. The property was spacious and very clean, a wonderful time was had by all. Thank you. Regards The Chalker family.

I love this villa.. Fantastic.. Got this 3 bedroom villa @Booked.net with unbelievable price, i'm staying on jun 2012 and it's just opened 2 month earlier, my stay is very relaxing, feel so comfortable, private pool is nice and the ambience is so romantic, the room is spacious, the bed is huge, everything is so beautiful, spotlessly clean, complete kitchen, both living room has cable tv & dvd player, location is great.. 200+ meter from Ultimo/Trattoria, definitely will stay here again, very very recommended :)

Great location - you can walk to the beach and all of the bars and spas in Seminyak. Nice space - 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plenty of communal area. Would be great for a group. Excellent value for money.
The road was a little noisy from motorbikes as the house is quite open. The pool was small so if a nice pool is important to you then Villa Karma is not for you. There is plenty of room to relax around the pool though.

The villa is quite large and has the feeling of a home. The plunge pool could be fun with a group of friends and a lot of cocktails. Air con in rooms was great. Location 5 mins from everything in Seminyak. Coffee house just down road to right. Very helpful and responsive staff who fixed some of the issues.
Road is very noisy in the morning (6 am-8 am). Bali style open air room means lots of mosquitoes came into the living area. Floor was dusty on arrival probably from the road. Villa is a little rough around the edges. Sleeping rooms are not sealed so mosquitoes came into bedroom. No net provided. Shower water stopped when toilet was flushed and went cold mid shower. Drinking water was not replaced on day 2 when empty.
